• Travel in My Borrowed Lives: New and Selected Poems, is Don's 11th volume of poetry. The Sacramento book review writes: "If you don't have any of [Axinn's] earlier books, this is a great jumping in point. If you do, view this as a "best of" book with bonus works." Click to read more
  

• Mann vs. Ford: A Documentary Don and co-producer James Redford, who directed "Spin", are working with filmmkers Maro Chermayeff and Micah Fink to tell the story of the Ramapoughs and their long struggle with the Ford Motor Company.
  
  Just 35 miles north of New York City, nearly in the shadow of Manhattan, The Ramapough, a small tribe of Native Americans, are dying from rare cancers at an alarming rate - and the survivors don't have it much easier. Almost every family on the mountain has been affected and the community is so tight-knit that they've come to accept these things as normal - numerous miscarriages, rashes all over their bodies, tumors, and enough lead in their bloodstreams to cause brain damage in children and memory loss in adults.
